Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Manjit Health Care processes refunds for cancelled appointments under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • The appointment has not yet been conducted
  • The payment was successfully processed
  • The patient has provided valid reason for cancellation

Cancellation ≥ 48 hours before:100% Refund
Cancellation 24-48 hours before:75% Refund
Cancellation less than 24 hours before:No Refund
No-show (didn't cancel):No Refund

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking. If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to your card account. If you used online transfer, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-show appointments (patient didn't cancel or attend)
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before appointment
  • Appointments already conducted
  • Fraudulent or invalid payment
  • Cancelled due to patient's medical emergency without prior notice

8. Rescheduling Alternative

Instead of requesting a refund, you can reschedule your appointment:

  • Reschedule to any date within 3 months with no additional charge
  • Contact us to select a new appointment date
  • Payment remains valid for the new appointment
  • No cancellation fees apply for rescheduling

9. Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a refund decision:

  • Submit written request within 30 days of refund decision
  • Provide supporting documentation
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days
  • Final decision will be communicated via email

10. Policy Changes

Manjit Health Care reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation timing is measured from your local time
  • Refund amount depends on cancellation notice period
  • Bank may take additional 2-3 days to reflect refund
  • Keep your refund confirmation email for records
