Manjit Health Care processes refunds for cancelled appointments under the following conditions:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment
We verify your request and appointment details
Refund is approved and initiated to your account
You receive refund confirmation email
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking. If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to your card account. If you used online transfer, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.
